This is the longplay of Alex Kidd in Miracle World, an action and platform game produced and distributed by SEGA, released in 1986 exclusively for the Master System.
The game has as its central character the boy Alex Kidd. For seven years he lived in Mt. Eternal studying Shellcore, an ancient martial art that taught people to be so strong that they could break large rocks with their bare hands. One day, as he left Mt. Eternal for his spiritual homeland, he encountered a dying man who gave him a revelation: the peaceful kingdom of Radaxian was in great danger. Before exhaling his last breath, the man gave Alex a shard of a map and a locket made from a piece of Sunstone. What did all that mean? The only way to find out is to travel to Miracle World and look for the answers there. In this adventure, Alex also discovers that he is the prince of Radaxian, but that he was kidnapped by an Evil Lord during his youth, and that his hometown is now ruled by the tyrant Janken the Great. The Mortal Kombat saga was created by Ed Boon (programmer and director) and John Tobias (comics artist, graphic designer, game designer), two Americans who had the mission to make a fighting game. Both decided to fulfill an old dream of a game similar to Karate Champ, but with realistic and digitized graphics, and recruited artist John Vogel and sound designer Dan Forden for the project. The plot of the game takes place in the distant year 3300, when human technology is so advanced that it was possible to create a super computer with Artificial Intelligence known as GCS-WT. A scientist named Edwin Feace, planned to penetrate the security code of the GCS-WT, and destroy its database. Humans will have 300 hours to act while the GCS-WT tries to recover from the destruction of its database. The last hope for humans is to reach planet Earth, where the inoperable GCS-WT is located, and destroy this artificial life form.
For this mission, the two best pilots in the galaxy were chosen, Eric and Misao, who will pilot the spacecraft “Sol-Feace”, specially designed and prepared for the journey that awaits them.
The objective of the game is basically to attack enemies with shots, while dodging enemy shots. The ship can assume various aiming positions, from shooting in a straight line as well as diagonals (diagonal up, down and both) and steering is done while the ship is moving, but the position can be locked by holding a button on the control while shooting, allowing you to control the direction you want to shoot. It sounds strange, but it works. There are power ups, however unfortunately they are not very varied and seem a bit random. The game also features anime cutscenes and story narration, in addition to the excellent soundtrack by Motoi Sakuraba. The video was made on the Mania level.

The games story revolves around a great tyrant called The Machine, who froze billions of beings on a planet. A nameless hero is called and, after wearing the Turrican Suit costume, goes against the affected planet to take revenge on the villain and his cyber armies.
Our hero has 3 types of shots, divided by colors: yellow (rebound shot), blue (laser) and red (spread shot). In addition to having an electric beam to paralyze enemies and smart bombs (to devastate all enemies on the screen). The Turrican Suit provides the user with the ability to perform special actions, such as turning into a ball, similar to Samus Morph Ball in Metroid. The gameplay of the game is very good, its just a pity that our hero only shoots while standing or bent over. Without a doubt, Super Turrican is a spectacular game. Full of stages with alternative paths, diamonds and extra lives to collect, as well as incredible graphics and a wonderful soundtrack.
This is one of the best games created by the talentous hands of Manfred Trenz and with epic soundtrack compesed by Chris Huelsbeck.
