The longest tiramisù ever made measured an incredible 440.58 metres (1,445 ft 6 in). It was created in London on 26 April 2026 by Mirko Ricci in collaboration with Carnevale 1966, Forno Bonomi, Sterilgarda, Illycaffè, Eurovo, Gelecta, Bontà Italia, and Complitaly TV.
