In this video, I demonstrate how to cast on holding the working yarn in your right hand, just as a thrower or English style knitter is used to doing. I show the standard method, with the yarn in the left hand and then show the thumb method with the working yarn on the right hand. The resulting cast on is exactly the same between the two methods.
