I’m autistic, and I’ve struggled with loneliness and isolation my entire life. In this video I share how I use being alone as an opportunity to build a deeper connection with myself and create the life that I want. I also share my favorite colorful way to relax my brain. Learning to have acceptance for my isolation and myself has been life changing for me, so I’m really excited to share this.
