One of our favorite snacks is homemade fruit leather, a healthier version of fruit rollups. We made fruit leather, refried bean flakes, dried grapes, and medicinal herbs. The London Sunshine Food Dehydrator performed very well. It is good quality, heats evenly, and operates fairly quietly. This is definitely a nice tool to help us preserve the harvest.
