London, you literally moved my heart. It is not so often that one will get real and be so vulnerable. Even now as I sit here typing this, I remember the depression and hopelessness and the deep need for someone to understand. Sure, therapy helps some, but Dr. Larry Crabb explained why, we all need deep relationships in our lives. The concept of therapy is basically a paid listening ear, which works somewhat, but does it. If I pay you to listen to me, what part of your responses are real verses manufactured, further, psychologists are taught to keep long term clients, so what really is their motive? On top of this, they often want us to "revisit" all this trauma, which we do need to talk about, but they do so in ways that look much more like extended gossip sessions. As such, you just talk about negativity, again, and again, and again, surely as smart as you are, you can see this won't help. I know you think us "Christians" are crazy, but don't judge us all, or what we proclaim until you have dug in deeper.
