Who wants to kill Odin after watching Thor 2? Or at least poke his other eye out? As much I as I admire Anthony Hopkins' talent and love watching films he's in, I wish something bad had happened to Odin in Thor 2. "Your birthright was to die"? What kind of a father says something so cruel to his own son? (Even if it is true).
Anyway, I really loved The Dark World. After watching Iron Man 3 I had very low expectations for the next Marvel movie. I thought they'd chosen quantity over quality, but fortunately I was wrong.
