The OP-1's versatility and simplicity as a sampler have been really inspiring, so I tried using it to sample me playing piano and turn that into a beat. The drums are from an OP-1 Fun pack called Boombap, the bass is a DR. Wave patch I made on the OP-1, the arpeggiated blips are the default "Feena" patch, and I added in samples of me humming and a flute patch on the Casio MT-68. I didn't sequence anything here to hopefully make it feel a little more loose and organic. Teenage Engneering's made something really cool with this little musical rectangle!
