💎 Lo-Fi Sampler 2 is a dirty sampler/looper based on the ISD1820 a crappy voice recording chip. It is basically a digital tapeloop!
In this video, I give a quick overview of the design and features of the Lo-Fi Sampler 2, followed by a sound demos using SOMA ROAT, KORG NTS-1 and BASTL Kastle 2.
In the first demo I sampled few tones from the ROAT pitched it down and let it run through some modulation effects from the nts1.
In the second demo I demonstrate the built in low pass filter with feedback/resonance control that can self oscillate easily and run it through distortion and reverse delay.
In the third demo I sampled a speech from the 34th president of USA stretched it and accompanied it with the Drone Boy 2 for some gritty drone sounds.
