The Locust–Taylor–Kirman–Wells Corridor Study is being conducted to improve transportation safety and circulation, while considering multimodal needs. The project is being conducted by the RTC, in close collaboration with the City of Reno, Washoe County School District, and Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). The study will result in recommendations for transportation infrastructure improvements.
