LOCK-ON STABILISATION Effect in DaVinci Resolve:

1. go to Fusion Page
2. shift+space, type in “tracker”
3. select the one called only “Tracker (Tra)”
4. move the boxes on the thing you want to track
(bonus tip: look for high contrast areas)
5. set Adaptive Mode to Best Match
6. track forwards and backwards
7. go to Operations
8. select Match Move
9. set Merge to BG only
10. Go back to Edit Page
11. Zoom in a bit
