In this The Sinking City 2 guide, I show you how to solve the Locked Buoy symbol puzzle found inside Ezekiel’s locked room in the Fishing Shop at the Arkham Fish Market.

To access Ezekiel’s room, you’ll first need the Bolt Cutters to remove the yellow chain. The clues needed to solve the Locked Buoy come from the “About Ezekiel” and “From Ezekiel’s Wife” evidence.

By matching those clues with the fish models around the Fishing Shop, you can identify the four correct symbols needed to open the Locked Buoy: Lighthouse, Rope, Starfish and Octopus.

Opening the Locked Buoy rewards you with Doyle’s Hot Streak, a magazine upgrade for the Minuteman submachine gun. It increases the magazine capacity from 20 to 25 rounds and provides increased damage during continuous fire, with the bonus ending when you stop shooting.
