On Friday, Vice President Kamala Harris is holding a rally in Grand Rapids. Starting Thursday morning, a stage was being put together in Riverside Park on the northeast side of the city. Both the Harris campaign and the City of Grand Rapids could not share the exact location for Friday's political event on the record.
