Started in 2020, Arizona Yoga Co. owners Liz Higgins and Paul Ewry, wanted to make it accessible to the community at large and build an intentional community. Spreading donation-based yoga is their mission and the suggested class donation is $10-$15 per class. The majority of the yoga classes are power vinyasa but they also teach yin yoga, slow flow + meditation, yoga nidra and host monthly sound baths.
