The 5th annual Novi Taco Fest was held at Fountain Walk Aug. 28-30, featuring tacos from more than 30 different food trucks, local art vendors, live entertainment and more. Local 4 spoke with Israel Quintero, owner of the La Finca food truck, ahead of the last day of the festival to hear what makes his food stand out from the rest.
