On Sunday the 1st of July, i went to the Classic Transport weekend at the Llangollen Railway, wasn't on duty for this. This event was originally intended to have both Steam and Diesel loco's running, but due to the hot weather, there is a current ban on steam running due to risk of lineside fires. So the event was an all Diesel affair.
Loco's running were:
English Electric Type 3 D6940 (Class 37/0, 37240)
BRCW Sulzer Type 2 D5310 (Class 26, 26010)
