One of the questions I get asked often about living in Portugal is, "do I need a car?" Well, that all depends. We always hear the usual answers of "it depends where you live," or "it depends on your lifestyle." In this video I provide some context by sharing some of our past experiences living without a car back in the United States and also here in Portugal.
