I've spoken at length about my experiences while incarcerated, but very little about my life prior to my incarceration. I was born in Fort Bragg, California, in Mendocino County. There are many interesting details about this part of the world which are relevant to my prison stories. The rural isolation of my hometown resulted in my case being far more sensationalized than it might have been in another county. It also meant that my county jail housed very few inmates with real criminal sophistication.
I will be speaking primarily on this, but also about anything that might interest my audience for at least a half hour.
