We’re going to take a look at a recent First Strike Ration (FSR) and hang out for a little while.
Update: The date code on the outer packaging of this ration was illegible, but the contents all had codes starting in 3, indicating it came from 2013 or 2023. Since I got it from eBay last year I figured it MUST have been from 2013, but after sifting through clues we settled on it being a very fresh 2023 FSR. I called it that for the rest of the video, forgetting that an inner bag had a date code starting with 4–meaning it was packaged in early 2024, not 2023. Whew!
