On September 8th, officers responded to a call of a theft. Based on information provided officers spotted the suspect vehicle on a residential side street and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect in the theft also had two warrants for his arrest. The suspect refused to get out of the vehicle even inspite of pleas from other family members in the vehicle for the suspect to comply.
