We are Extinction Rebellion, and from August 30th to September 1st, we're staging "Upgrade Democracy" – a peaceful, creative occupation in Windsor. Our aim? To demand urgent climate action and democratic reform by calling for a Citizens’ Assembly on Climate and Ecological Justice. Our political system is broken, corrupted by powerful interests that prioritise profit over the planet. By gathering thousands at this symbolic site near where the Magna Carta was signed, we emphasise our commitment to a fairer, more inclusive system. Join us.
