Sheriff Arnott breaks his silence in the wake of his retirement from the Greene County Sheriff's department on the murder of Dee Dee Blanchard. In my opinion this was all a CYA and lip service. There are a few good moments but for the most part it's nothing new and his ignorance is astounding.
