Reduce Stress and anxiety with this live vibrational healing sound bath meditation. Featuring the healing sounds of two traditional gongs, tibetan singing bowls, relaxing crystal bowls, and calming flute. Sound baths or gong baths are a type of music therapy that use vibrational healing methods to improve your health and well-being. The frequencies and vibrations of the gong are intended to permeate every cell and fibre of your body, creating a deep sense of relaxation and calmness. Sound baths are not just an auditory experience, they are also a type of full body sound massage :-) For this reason we recommend listening via a quality sound system if you can, however a good set of headphones will be just as good! Lap top speakers will generally not pick up all the healing frequencies :-)
Directions: You can either let the vibrations take you into a very deep sense of relaxation and possibly drift of to sleep or you can try to stay present throughout the entire sound bath and use it as a mindfulness meditation exercise, which will help increase your mental focus and expand your consciousness. There is no right or wrong way - switch it up and try both ways! :-)
