That's the general idea! I'm always going to start with positive self-worth-talk to prepare for CREATIVE FREEDOM. Even if you don't want to listen to music, I'll be providing somewhat of a *GUIDED MEDITATION* before I start practicing music and self-expression. Again, this stream will not only be a musical one, but also a inherently wise one since all of my practice comes with great intent and foundational purpose.
