This shiny sure took its time but I finally got it!!! This is my second shiny of the Kanto starters, and it looks especially amazing in gen 3!! Definitely makes up for how fast my Charmander was too, haha. This was also a race with PureSkill740 for a shiny Kanto starter, he's going for Charmander, so best of luck to him on that!

It also has only a 5% encounter rate in LeafGreen which is pretty neat! I did kind of want to find this, because catching it would complete the evolution line for me, and I really love this lines shiny colors!
