LIVE from Rimini, Italy | Join us for Pope Leo XIV’s visit to the Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples and the city of Rimini on Saturday, August 22, 2026, beginning at 2:45 p.m. local time.

Follow the Holy Father’s arrival at the Rimini Expo Centre and his visit to the Meeting, where he will tour exhibitions dedicated to Saint Augustine and Léon Harmel. Pope Leo XIV will also greet participants at the Villaggio Ragazzi before meeting with participants of the Meeting in the Grande Auditorium.

The visit will continue at Rimini Cathedral, where the Holy Father will meet with the sick, people with disabilities, and the poor assisted by Caritas. The day will conclude at the Port of Rimini with a Eucharistic Concelebration presided over by Pope Leo XIV.

Pope Leo XIV’s visit to the Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples and the city of Rimini is scheduled to take place approximately from 2:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time.
