I love doing these long form meditative explorations of soundscapes, so I think I will be doing these for a while to see if I can become more myself in the process. I love yoga and meditation and am currently working on being certified as a yoga teacher, and this music is an extension of my yoga practice. The result this time was kind of somewhere between Tangerine Dream and Vangelis.
I'm using 432 hz as the base tuning, as this seems to feel better for me in the root chakra.
This is a live electronic improvisation performance using eurorack, a Moog Grandmother, an ARP-2600, and an OB-6 synthesizer.
As far as eurorack, I'm using an Instruo CS-L to an Erbeverb, a Serge NTO to a VQVCF, and another channel of the CS-L to a Make Noise Echophon
The Grandmother is running an asynchronous arpeggio.
I'm using the ARP-2600 to create the bass drone by sending the sample and hold to the lag processor and then to the filter modulation.
I hope you enjoy, and please subscribe and leave a comment if this was interesting or helpful to you.
