This is "Live, laugh and love", a rather pleasant melody composed by Heymann, and arranged by Leo Herbert, as played by the famous London Palladium Orchestra, conducted by Richard Crean. The theatre of that name is still operating to this day, and many famous stars of stage, screen and television have appeared there throughout the decades.
The record itself was manufactured in Japan by the 'Victor Talking Machine Company of Japan' (now known as JVC) on its "Victor" label, catalogue number JA-22-A, back in 1932.
