Started with some audio glitches hence the delay (sorry guys) but hey! That's life! So unpredicatable huh?

4. Aisyah Wahab is recovering from her 1st dose of Covid-19 vaccination, so she wanted to go for something easy and healthy - Hummus Dip that paired well with carrot & Cucumber sticks as well as Crackers (cookidoo)
5. Wyomia shows a "what I have in the pantry" smoothie which was great for her post workout
6. Anis returns with Kopi Tarik
7. Isidore and Iman blends up a milkshake for Bapak using their Thermomix Kids
