I wanted to take a simple 3 audio stream patch and see how many different soundscapes and musical ideas it could produce. I'm using musical devices like reverb to wash out a sound to ambience, and then remove the reverb to reveal hidden rhythmic parts. I'm also double gating two of the voices using the Tip Top Audio Buchla 281t to be able to add rhythmic complexity. I hope that the annotations are educational and help you learn something that you can apply to your own electronic experiments. This is entirely live and improvised, so I put up annotations to try to teach you a little bit about what my thought process is when making these. I hope the annotations and camera angles help you learn something!
