Hey what's up guys, SpeedTwister96 here! Just one day after I got my shiny Minun I found this absolute S tier shiny! I was doing a repel trick just minutes before I got the Seviper making it 25%. I decided not to use the repel trick and got rewarded with the 9% one instead of the high percentage Lotad/Lombre.
