Around 150 world leaders gather in New York City for the third day of the High-level General Debate in the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Thursday, September 26. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is expected to deliver a speech along with the leaders of Kenya, Sudan, and South Sudan during the morning session. Lebanese foreign minister Abdallah Bouhabib will speak along with the leaders of Iraq, Japan, and the European Union in the afternoon session.
