Theme from the 'Back To The Future' level, composed by Jim Fowler and Alistair Lindsay.
This isn't a typical interactive theme - there are two orchestral parts which mix together, then (as you see in the video) you enter a time portal and another track is added to the mix. This extra track only plays during that level, and finishes when the level is complete. Once you return to the central hub, the music eases back into the orchestral themes once more. Skip to:

9.15 for 1885.
Sorry about the sloppy video - even with my poor gaming skills, (so many fails XD) I'd completed the levels long before the tracks had come to an end!
