We decided to go back into the church where things all began.
At the altar, there was an open envelope.
What's inside?
I took out the contents of the envelope. It told us about how we reincarnated as royal figures from Western Gensokyo's past.
Turns out the truth was revealed. Queen Yukari has the ability to map out the geographical boundaries of her kingdom, and many generations later passed it down to Merry.
One of the Queen's courtiers can tell time by looking at the stars and their location with the moon. I happen to have that ability.
I don't know if I'm descended from her. Even if both of us are classified humanoid by ethnicity, we do have some youkai blood in us, but not enough to make us half-youkai.
This will be Kotori Tegami's theme for the fangame. Like the previous video, you won't hear this rendition in-game. I originally planned to use Autumn Heat Wave ~ Extended Summer from my PC-98 originals collection, but I ultimately replaced it with this theme. Kotori is a tengu who often loses the mail she is tasked with delivering, spreading everywhere she goes and forcing the passerby to pick it up. The note volume and fast tempo is meant to illustrate this scramble. I went my way of making it a rockin' track with every boss song I want to do in this game's soundtrack.
I initially planned to unveil the character's lore earlier this week, but the Louisville plane crash that occurred over a week and a half earlier led me to delay it.
