The Spiral is the main location in Little Nightmares III and its DLC Secrets of the Spiral, where all their gameplay take place. It also serves as a location Noone visits in the fourth chapter of The Sounds of Nightmares and the location Ruse, Feast and Mim wake up in The Lonely Ones. It's also a location visited by Needle and Peejay in Sickly Sweet. It is described as "a cluster of disturbing places."
