Few artists have had as many hits as Elton John. Little Jeannie from the album 21 at 33 (1980) is another top 10 hit that peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. On this track Elton John teamed up with songwriter Gary Osborne who would write the lyrics to this and other songs on various albums throughout the 1980's.
Despite the track's successful performance in the charts the song have never really been part of the live setlist, although the song was played during the 1980 World Tour and again during the One Night Only concerts in 2000. The One Night Only version have inspired this particular version.
