Fabienne Jacquinot (1927-2016), piano
Rec. in the early '50s

The French pianist and teacher Fabienne Jacquinot was a pupil of Yves Nat at the Conservatoire de Paris where she won 1st prize at the age of 15 (alongside Jean-Michel Englebert, Jean-Michel Damase and Yvonne Loriod). As a concert pianist she was mostly active during the '50s and made most of her recordings during that time. Beginning in the '80s, she taught piano in Paris and made a few new recordings.
