Roosevelt Island features "Out of Silence," a free, site-specific sound installation by Finnish artist Hans Rosenström. The 15-minute piece features vocal harmonies hidden in the linden trees and is inspired by the architecture of Louis Kahn and the music of Arvo Pärt. It plays hourly from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM through June 21st.
