Hello, and welcome back to another train trip review!
Today I'm trying out Comboios de Portugal (CP) on their premier train service! I'll be taking the Alfa Pendular from Lisbon to Porto, in the Conforto Class (First Class).
The train is a great way of how to get from Lisbon to Porto, and Porto to Lisbon. The Alfa Pendular service operates with six car Pendolino high-speed trains between Portugal's biggest cities.

Hello, and welcome back to another train trip report on my channel.

In this video I will be travelling on-board a CP 1400 + Schindler from Porto-Campanhã to Pocinho.
This journey takes place on the stunning MiraDouro line, through the strikingly picturesque Douro Valley. The motive power for this trip is even an English Electric built diesel locomotive, which seems right at home on Portuguese tracks.
Its an incredible experience, and one I recommend to anyone in the area, whether they are interested in railways or not.
