►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use white as your base color
-Apply all 6 neon colors at an angle to the stamping plate, scrape & pick up the image to apply to your nail
-Clean up around the edges as needed with a small brush dipped in aceton
-Finish with top coat!
