This is the amazing Jacksonville band "Lisa and The Mad Hatters," performing their version of the Fleetwood Mac classic "Rhiannon." They were performing at the Celebration of Life concert for Dave Hlubek of Molly Hatchet. It was an emotional day for many, but Lisa and The Mad Hatters electrifed the crowd when they took the stage and the rain did not dampen the reason for this special day!
