Can typography float? Apparently yes.
In this tutorial we’ll create a calming liquid text animation where a kayak gently moves through letters that ripple like water. The entire effect is built only with native After Effects tools, no plugins, no complicated setups, just clever use of distortion and simulation effects.
Perfect for title sequences, hero visuals, posters, or whenever your typography needs to chill out a bit.
As usual, we’re not saving lives… just making text more interesting.
