Linux Mint 22.3 “Zena” just received a major hardware upgrade! The latest HWE ISO images are now available with the Linux 7.0 kernel, bringing improved hardware compatibility and support for newer PCs and laptops.
The new Linux Mint 22.3 HWE ISOs are available for Cinnamon, Xfce, and MATE editions and use the Linux 7.0 Hardware Enablement kernel from Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.

Already running Linux Mint 22.3? You don’t need to reinstall. Existing users can get Linux kernel 7.0 through the software repositories.
