How to link CSS to HTML.

External CSS is a separate CSS file Linked to an HTML file using the HTML Link tag in the header section.
The external CSS file contains all the CSS rules and it can be linked to unlimited numbers of HTML web pages.
There is no HTML style tag in the external CSS file because the style is no longer embedded in the HTML. The link tag will be placed within the head tag.
The main advantage of using external CSS is that it can be applied to multiple web pages. The HTML Link tag is used to make a relation between documents.
