Lindsay Clancy's defense attorney Kevin Reddington calls reporter a "biased weasel" outside of court @cbsboston

Tensions flared Tuesday morning as Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, entered the courthouse. After a reporter asked how Clancy had reacted to the denial of a mistrial, Reddington responded by calling the reporter "a weasel."

Dr. Kirk Heilbrun is expected to return to the stand Tuesday after his testimony was cut short Monday when he referenced Clancy's Catholic faith. Reddington subsequently moved for a mistrial. While Plymouth Superior Court Judge William Sullivan denied the request, he also reprimanded prosecutors over the testimony.

Reddington is set to cross-examine Heilbrun Tuesday.
