As the Lindsay Clancy trial moves toward closing arguments, her attorney Kevin Reddington spoke with reporters outside the courthouse Wednesday about the case and his client. Reddington reacted to the addition of manslaughter as a possible verdict, calling it a positive development from the defense’s perspective. He also praised the jury for paying close attention throughout the five-week trial. Reddington described Clancy as a “marvelous, sweet person,” saying she is strong despite being “beat down” for more than three years and believes she has received a fair trial.
