Our climate is changing. Our winters are getting warmer and wetter, our summers hotter. #ExtremeWeather events are becoming more frequent.

Weather Watching is a series of poems set to images exploring the interplay of #climate and #weather. They were produced by award-winning poet Nicola Davies and climate scientist Professor Ed Hawkins from the National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS) and the University of Reading. Nicola and Ed appeared at the Hay Festival in May 2018 to discuss the project.

Part of the Trans.MISSION programme, a collaboration between the Natural Environment Research Council and the Hay Festival to communicate environmental science through art.
