NOTE: BEFORE anyone says "how did you get longer than 11 minutes?"
I got my "director" status back when you had to submit a form. That allowed me to uload longer videos. Since now you don't have to, new directors don't have that freedom, but ones that did it the old way when they could are still able to upload 11+ minute videos.
