Since my LRF rod was broken yesterday ( served me well 2 years ) I decided to give a shot with baitcasting tackle and it worked like a charm.

The rod I use is from AliExpress and it is actually pretty stiff and strong rod , so a bit hard to do light jigging but if you know what you’re doing you will catch fish.
