The light bridge is designed to be a simple road block. It is a modular base with no spawns and no capture points. It can be placed on any bridge and is 3 bridge pieces long in total. The center of the base is a hollow pit which unaware vehicle drivers will fall into. The pit is covered by a shield.
The shield is controlled by two terminals underneath the road. Both of these must be hacked in order for the shield to flip to your faction. If one terminal is hacked, the shield becomes neutral and does not allow any vehicles to pass. Infantry must fight for control of the lower section in order to allow the armour to move up.
This base is intended for small squads to be able to delay large armour columns so that their allies can prepare for attack at the next base. It is designed as a small line of defense in a choke point. Not a base which can be held for long against larger numbers. Infantry can continue on as there are paths at either side. But vehicles can not fit through.

NOTE: Everything said in comms in this video about outfits or individuals does not represent how they generally play. Force commanding is stressful and the advantage of the Miller command structure allows for venting/bitching about underperformed outfits or platoons. It does not represent them in any way.
This is my point of view as Assistant Force Commander in the Miller Vs Cobalt game on Esamir. All kinds of stuff went wrong with this game leading up to it as i was originally meant to be force commander. Then my ISP failed me as my broadband was not ready in time! unfortunately i failed to record my mic audio in this so you can only really hear command comms and glorious leader RTiger above the game audio. 51: Cobalt V Miller: [AFC] Assistant Force Commander PoV](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/X26bUFUbJkU/mqdefault.jpg)

In Planetside 2 leaders are by far the most important and most unappreciated players. The truly great fights that the game advertises are created by these players. The best players in Planetside 2 are often the best leaders as they are the ones who can actually have an impact on a continental scale.
The following channel also has some gread leadership content!

This is an off the cuff video in which i discuss the keybindings i use for communicating on teamspeak and in game. I figured it would be a good side subject to talk about for a few minutes. This is nowhere near as interesting as a usual video but it is worth mentioning in my opinion.
These are the two images i made with my keybindings for comms:
